As one of her strongest points, HIMD collaborates and networks with other like-minded NGOs and CBOs (CSOs), HIMD believes that the constraints of her constituencies could hardly be tackled by HIMD alone. As a result, she tries to explore different Change Agents to complement her efforts, hence grasping the opportunities.
